How do you handle exchanges and returns?

We want everyone to be happy with their order.  If a color, size, or fit isn’t what you were expecting, send an email to service@beachandbarn.com, and let us know what the issue is.  As long as you have not washed or otherwise damaged the garment, we will go out of our way to get you a refund or replacement.

Can I reach out to you through social media messages?

ALL customer service communication should be sent through  service@beachandbarn.com.

When will my order ship?
Most orders go out between 24 and 48 hours of your placing it.  We can not be held responsible for orders that we ship on time, but are delayed by the shipping companies.

Where can I buy your products?
We sell through 3 primary channels: 
  -Online 
  -Festivals\Events 

  -Authorized Retailers

We are a retailer, and would love to carry Beach & Barn.  How do we make that happen?

If I want to order something on your site, how do I know that it’s in stock?

We track all of our inventory through the same system that controls our website, so if the website will let you order the size and color you want, we have it!

I love your brand, and would love to be an Ambassador, how does that work?
The best way to get our attention is to send an email to service@beachandbarn.com.  Tell us about yourself, share links to your relevant social media accounts, tell us about retailers you have relationships with in your area, or share pictures of you representing our brand at concerts, events, festivals, or just hanging out with your people on the farm, at the beach, in the workshop, etc. - and we will get back to you.
