I have purchased close to 20 hats from your company and been a public supporter. However, upon my most recent purchase, I noticed a difference in the state of mind hat this time not being a Richardson 112. The quality is noticeably different. Had I known I wouldn’t have made the purchase of that particular hat again. I probably have five in varying Colors of that hat alone and they have always been a Richardson 112. I don’t imagine I’m the only customer who is specific about the brand and quality of their snapback and would’ve appreciated knowing there was a change. The other two hats I purchased in the same order were Richardson 112 so not sure why the change.
