How to Measure

Chest
Total circumference around. Wrap the tape over the largest part of your chest, and then across your shoulder blades.
Neck
1″ up from where your neck and shoulders meet. Total circumference around.
Waist
Usually at or just above your belly button, at the smallest part of your waist.
Sleeve
With your arm bent, run the tape from center back neck along the shoulder and down the arm, all the way to your wrist.
